Augmentt Technology Inc. seeks a highly motivated SaaS Sales Executive to join our dynamic team to support its growth agenda in several North American territories. Sales team members may be located in Ottawa, Ontario, or remotely throughout the US and Canada. The ideal candidate has two to five years of SaaS sales experience as either an SDR or AE, prospecting for qualified leads, and applying solution selling methodology to highly qualified clients, preferably with experience selling to the Managed Service Provider Channel (MSP). The position offers on-the-job learning and career progression into the lucrative world of SaaS sales mentored by extremely experienced and proven leaders.

Position Overview

  • Generate new business by prospecting, conducting market analysis and cold calling
  • Drive the entire sales process: target top prospects, identify solutions, qualify leads, identify, and get to decision makers & key influencers, identify and sell against obstacles, negotiate and close sales
  • Sales pipeline and forecast coordination
  • Stay on top of current MSP trends and market competition
  • Act as a “solutions expert" consultant by helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives
  • Work with Sales Management and team members to share ideas and new business development strategies
  • Conduct outbound activities to initiate the first step in identifying parties interested in learning more about the company’s products and services
  • Daily integration with to update accounts, leads, contracts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Keeps management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports
  • Actively engage with account executives to plan territory and account level activities



  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales using the phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Passion for finding and identifying those who “want to learn more” about our products and services
  • Results-driven self-starter who is persistent and highly motivated to generate sales and increase earnings
  • Proven ability to push past rejection and achieve results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Proficient with web-based software and technologies
  • Must have experience with CRM (Salesforce), telephone automation/dialing systems, or other leading sales engagement platform
  • Demonstrated track record in closing new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations
