Your Role

Augmentt Technology is the place for you to continue your successful career. We are growing fast and are seeking a Sales Engineer to support our sales team and partners, while also being a steward of our amazing culture and values.

You will help the sales team accelerate partner acquisition through product demonstrations and evangelizing the Augmentt story with our partners and prospects. You will be a part of a team of high-performing sales professionals with the expectation to accelerate the usage and consumption of the Augmentt Platform and solutions and remove technical buying objections.

This role requires successful clearance of a background check and references check.

Your Opportunity

  • Become a SaaS management SME and advisor to IT professionals across the channel
  • Discover partners' biggest business priorities & SaaS operational challenges
  • Translate Augmentt’s value to partner business needs
  • Perform custom portfolio demonstrations based on strong discovery questions and real intel
  • Partner with like-minded peers across Augmentt to build each other up & share knowledge
  • Influence product directions, make a difference and be part of Augmentt’s growth and leadership in the ever faster-moving world of SaaS management & security

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years' experience as a sales engineer
  • Solid collaboration skills, teamwork is everything at Augmentt
  • Prior experience working in a software-related technical pre-sales role
  • Understanding how to craft a customer-centric demo vs delivering a canned demo
  • Skill and confidence in leading discussions with IT-service delivery professionals
  • A strong self-starter attitude and determination to win
  • Willingness to travel when needed (e.g. Tradeshows), typically around 10%

And Ideally

  • Experience with SaaS software administration and security concepts
  • Good foundational knowledge of IT services or managed services
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., PCI, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.)
